About Me
Ruth began performing standup right before the pandemic hit. She quickly made a name for herself in Southern California and her home state of New York, performing at prestigious venues such as; The Comedy Store (both in Los Angeles and La Jolla), The Hollywood Improv, Flappers, The Comedy Chateau, The Ice House, The Laugh Factory, Tao Comedy, Hollywood Comedy, The Broadway Comedy Club, Comic Strip Live, Stand Up NY, and Greenwich Village Comedy Club. Ruth wrote and performed a solo show entitled “Cooking My Way to Comedy” that reminds women everywhere that they’re so much more than an appendage to a skillet and an apron. Ruth's unique style is inspired by her personal experiences as a mother, ex-wife, and online dater, so she always has an endless supply of material to draw from.
Ruth is currently producing her monthly show called Raw and Organic Comedy.
